Manatee Season
Manatee season officially runs during the cooler weather months from November 15th through Early April. However, we see manatees all year long! We recommend earlier morning tours for a better chance to see and swim with these gentle giants! Although we definitely have a reputation for finding manatees when others don't, please remember that we may be in charge of the fun, but Mother Nature is in charge of the manatees! Call for a free manatee report at 352-322-3722! Our most popular tour times for manatee tours are 7:30, 8:00, 11:00 & 11:30! Weekend afternoons are definitely more crowded and once again, early morning tours are recommended for Manatee Tours!

Everything is Provided
Wetsuits are provided from November 15th through March 31st during colder weather! We furnish everything you need from masks, snorkels, swim noodles, lifevests, and your own designated Coast Guard-approved expert captain that will help guide you to the Ultimate Manatee Experience!

Best Experience
Located on the beautiful Homosassa River! More Manatees / Less Crowded! Nothing beats a day on the water with family and friends! Our tour times book up early! We recommend booking your tour in advance but do welcome last-minute callers and hope to have you aboard for the ultimate manatee experience! Manatees are much more abundant during the cooler months of the year and that's why being on one of our heated boats and having nice warm wetsuits makes for a fantastic experience for Manatee Magic! The water in the springs is 72 Degrees all year and feels fantastic!

Gentle Giants
Come enjoy all the beauty of these magnificent gentle giants and see why our customers say that this may be the neatest thing that they have ever done in their life! Homosassa is one of the only places in the world in which you are allowed to not only see but interact with Manatees and enjoy what many of our guests say is simply Manatee Magic! We take great pride in both educating our guests on how to have the ultimate Manatee experience while protecting these magnificent creatures! They are so loving and sociable that if you relax and listen to a little coaching, the Manatees may end up coming to you! We have had all ages from 2 years old to 92 years old aboard and have even had a few babies get rocked to sleep on our boat!

Boats
All boats are set up with wetsuits, masks, snorkels & all the equipment you need for your manatee sdventure! Our Cozy and Warm Heated Adventure Craft Cabin Yacht with an upstairs flybridge is our #1 sought-after boat for our Winter Manatee Season! This boat is heated with an on-board restroom so when you see so many of our competitors' guests shaking and shivering, you will know why they are pointing at us! It has plenty of glass for a great view and also has an upstairs Flybridge which allows you to get out in the sunshine and everyone loves that it enables you to see more Manatees and a great birdseye view of the River! Wetsuits, swim noodles, masks, snorkels and your own Coastguard-approved Captain included in all tours!
Our 30-foot Pontoon with an on-board restroom has so much room that it's like a party on the patio! Up to 6 people! It is also a wonderful boat for those warmer days in which we open all the windows and let fresh air in! This boat has so much room for everyone to enjoy along with a great swim ladder that makes it easy for even someone with knee or hip problems to be able to get in and out of the water! This is our only boat that is wheelchair accessible and is also the perfect boat for small children and seniors that rides like a Cadillac across the smooth water of the Springs! This boat is heated and offers an on-board restroom.
Our 20-foot pontoon is perfect for couples, friends, or families can venture into the backwaters for the perfect river adventure! Just sit back and enjoy the ride! This boat is the perfect manatee boat for those warmer days that we get even in the Fall and Winter. We call it Back-Water-Blue because it can go under bridges to explore beautiful parts of the River where most boats simply can't go! This gives us the advantage of finding manatees when many other boats can't! Although this boat is not heated and doesn't have a restroom, it is a very nice Pontoon that when you compare it to the competition, it is still one of the nicest boats on the water! So if you don't mind wearing some warm clothes over your swimming suits and tinkling with the fish this may be the perfect adventure for you!
Our 22-foot Fun Chaser is our newest boat. It is a super comfortable boat that can cruise into the backwaters to seek our manatees in the narrow canals. We suggest this boat for year-around manatee viewing. It's great to view our resident manatees becuase we can drop the bimini to get under the Hall's River Bridge. -

Larger Groups
Most tours are limited to 6 guests due to Coast Guard Requirements. (This is true for all tour companies who adhere to 6-pack captain licenses). This tour can host 7 to 12 guests by using two boats traveling together!
We use two or three boats to accommodate larger groups. The boats travel to the springs together and the boats tie up together.
Once in the springs, everyone can enjoy all the boats and everyone appreciates the onboard restroom of the 30-foot pontoon. The group can swim with the manatees together and be together as long as the boats are not moving.
After swimming with the manatees, the guests choose a boat for the short ride back to the docks. Everyone can even trade boats to get to experience both boats. Per Coast Guard rules, children, seniors, and non-swimmers all count as guests toward the boat total.
To book a large group tour, click on "Book Now" and choose Manatee, Larger Group tours or give us a call at (352) 322-3722. -

Just read all our 5-Star Reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and Yelp to see why we were voted best of the best for your manatee adventure or river tour adventure! Manatees are attracted to the Springs during the weeks when we have cooler nights. Please keep your expectations realistic! Although we have a reputation for finding manatees on over 90% of our tours, it is important to know that although we are in charge of the fun, Mother Nature is in charge of the manatees! Call us for a free manatee report! We look forward to having you all aboard!
